I love this bag. I’ve used it for 2 trips recently and it worked as desired and expected. It holds a lot of stuff and is sturdy for my laptop and the other items I need to carry with me. I didn’t worry about seams ripping or the weight hurting me. Most of us sling it over 1 shoulder, I would say this bag works better by using the shoulder straps on both shoulders so it can disperse the weight better and not feel like your lugging a 20lb weight! I think it is a great value and definitely glad I purchased it for work/family travel.

Got this pack for a recent trip from West to East coast. Held 10 days worth of clothing, my laptop, Chromebook and toiletries. Just unzipped the laptop compartment and folded it open for TSA and went through with out issue. The ability to combo lock the laptop compartment with built in lock was a big plus. Quality is very good and sturdy. Straps are comfortable and padded back also nice. This pack replaced my older swiss army pack, and definitely has bigger capacity and more features.
